Due to the sensitive nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. To do so would be highly unsanitary, even if the product was unopened.

We maintain high standards of quality control, and stand behind our products. If you receive an item that you believe has manufacturer defects, please contact us at support@silolis.com. Please include your order number, a description of the defect, and pictures. We will determine whether a replacement or refund is warranted on a case by case basis.

Color variations are common when working with silicone and are not defects.

You must be 18 or older to purchase items from silolis.com.

You should absolutely use lube! It will make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We recommend water-based lube with our toys.

Silicone based lube is not recommended as it can damage silicone toys.

Clean your toys after each use. They are easy to clean using any of the methods below:

• antibacterial soap and water
• adult toy cleaner
• boiling for 2 minutes (make sure there is enough water in the pot to cover the toy completely and prevent the toy from touching the bottom of the pot- silicone can melt)
• top rack of a dishwasher

With all methods, please allow the toy to air dry completely before storing.

When storing your toys, you may keep them in a plastic or lint-free cloth bag. Do not allow them to rest against other toys as the materials in other toys may break down the silicone in silolis products, causing permanent damage.

Do not bite or scratch your toys, this will cause damage and make your toys unsafe for use.

All of our products are made from 100% platinum-cured silicone. Platinum-cured silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and phthalate free.

Many sex toys are made from materials that are not body safe. Have you ever opened a dildo and noticed a strong chemical or rubber smell? That's not good, and it isn't safe for your body. Products made with platinum-cured silicone don't smell and they won't leach chemicals over time. They also tend to be more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

All of our products are made using silicone that has a shore hardness of 10a.

10a is considered medium-firm by most sex toy manufacturers. The wands and plugs are firm enough to insert, but definitely have some squish to them. We tested many different firmness options to find the best soft/firm balance for our system. Larger pieces will feel firmer than smaller ones due to the amount of silicone being used.

Silicone products are made by mixing 2 liquids together, adding pigment, and pouring the combination into a prepared mold. This is done by hand, and as a result, some variations are to be expected.

These are artisan pieces; they are not mass produced in a factory. Your toys will be unique in their color variations, and sizing may vary slightly.

We use cosmetic grade mica to color our products.

For our fluorescent colors, we use the Silc Pig electric line, which is skin safe certified.

All of our products are made in our facility in North Carolina. We will never outsource production overseas.

We ship quickly and discreetly.  Our items are custom made after an order is placed and typically ship within 3-5 business days of the order being received.  Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are considered received the following business day.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.  We ship via USPS and UPS.

U.S. orders over $100 are eligible for free economy shipping.

Currently, we ship to Canada, much of Europe, and Australia. If we do not ship to your country, please contact us and we will look into shipping options and local laws related to the import of sex toys in your country.

Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details.  Silolis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).

Germany - Verpackungsgesetz (LUCID Packaging Register)

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My company SILOLIS is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2341946986814. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by LIZENZERO (Interzero Recycling Alliance GmbH).
