Our toys are handmade using platinum cure silicone and colored using cosmetic grade mica. Platinum cure silicone is non-porous, hypoallergenic, and phthalate free. Many sex toys are made from materials that are not body safe. Have you ever opened a dildo and noticed a strong chemical or rubber smell? That's not good, and it isn't safe for your body. Products made with platinum cure silicone don't smell and they won't leach chemicals over time. They also tend to be more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

All of our products are made using silicone that has a shore hardness of 10a.

10a is considered medium-firm by most sex toy manufacturers. The wands and plugs are firm enough to insert, but definitely have some squish to them. We tested many different firmness options to find the best soft/firm balance for our system. Larger pieces will feel firmer than smaller ones due to the amount of silicone being used.

You should absolutely use lube! It will make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable. We recommend water-based lube with our toys.

Silicone based lube is not recommended as it can damage silicone toys..

Clean your toys after each use. They are easy to clean using any of the methods below:

• antibacterial soap and water
• adult toy cleaner
• boiling for 2 minutes (make sure there is enough water in the pot to cover the toy completely and prevent the toy from touching the bottom of the pot- silicone can melt)
• top rack of a dishwasher

With all methods, please allow the toys to air dry completely before storing.

When storing your toys, we recommend keeping them in a lint-free cloth bag. Do not allow them to rest against other toys as the materials in other toys may break down the silicone in Silolis products, causing permanent damage.

Do not bite or scratch your toys, this will cause damage and make your toys unsafe for use.

Your credit card statement will also have a decoy name that begins with "Silo." Payments through PayPal will display as "Silolis."

In 2019 Germany’s Packaging Act VerpackG came into effect, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packaging Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

My company SILOLIS is registered at the Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister (Foundation Central Agency Packaging Register – ZSVR) with registration number DE2341946986814. My Dual System Licensing partner for the collection, sorting & recycling of the packaging is ACTIVATE by LIZENZERO (Interzero Recycling Alliance GmbH).

As consumer please ensure that all received packaging is disposed of in the right recycling containers, Blue for all paper

Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Do not send any products back to us, even if they are unopened.  We can issue refunds on a case by case basis.

At Silolis, we maintain high production standards and examine every piece before it is sent out.  We stand behind the quality of our products.

If you receive a piece that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@silolis.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of your concern, and pictures of the defect. We will review your case and make a determination of whether a refund or replacement should be issued.  

Color variations are not considered defects.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at: support@silolis.com.  Orders canceled after the 24 hour deadline and before shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee.  We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed through the shipping department.
