Warranty
Due to the personal and custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Do not send any products back to us, even if they are unopened. We can issue refunds on a case by case basis.
At Silolis, we maintain high production standards and examine every piece before it is sent out. We stand behind the quality of our products.
If you receive a piece that you believe has a manufacturing defect, please email us at support@silolis.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of your concern, and pictures of the defect. We will review your case and make a determination of whether a refund or replacement should be issued.
Color variations are not considered defects.
If you would like to cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order at: support@silolis.com. Orders canceled after the 24 hour deadline and before shipping are subject to a 20% restocking fee. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed through the shipping department.
