At Silolis, we maintain high production standards and examine every piece before it is sent out.

If you receive a piece that you believe has a manufacturer defect, please email us at support@silolis.com within 10 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a detailed description of your concern, and pictures of the defect. We will review your case and make a determination of whether a refund or replacement should be issued.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Do not send any products back to us.

If you would like to cancel your order, please email us immediately at support@silolis.com. We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed through the shipping department.
