Shipping policy
We ship quickly and discreetly in plain brown boxes or bubble mailers, the sender will show as a decoy name that includes the word "Silo." Typing the name here would make it searchable, so we avoid that to maintain your privacy.
All of our items are custom made to order and take up to 5 business days to ship from the date the order was received. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. EST are considered received the following business day. We ship via USPS and UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Orders over $100 being shipped within the continental US qualify for free economy shipping.
24 hour cancellation period: If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us at support@silolis.com within 24 hours of your order being placed to receive a full refund. Orders canceled more than 24 hours after being placed but before a shipping confirmation has been generated will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Orders cannot be canceled after a shipping confirmation has been generated.
If your order is returned to us due to being undeliverable, we will issue a refund for the product minus our shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee. Your refund will be issued within 3 business days of when we receive the returned package.
Shipping outside of the US: Most International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. Silolis is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (including tariffs, taxes, and other costs).
Items Damaged in Shipping: Silolis is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please file a claim with the shipment carrier. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
