EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, as required by applicable EU consumer protection laws.

This statutory right of withdrawal is separate from and may differ from our standard cancellation and return policy.

Because our products are intimate items intended for personal use, the right of withdrawal applies only to products that remain unopened and factory sealed. For health protection and hygiene reasons, products that have been unsealed after delivery are not eligible for withdrawal or return.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by submitting the withdrawal form below.

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. If the product is confirmed to be unopened, factory sealed, and otherwise in its original condition, we will process a refund for the purchase price and any applicable original shipping charges required under EU law. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
