Many of our users have found the most success by following a schedule similar to the following. This schedule is based on a Medium Training Set (sizes 1-3). Once you have trained up to your goal girth a few times, the process should become much faster and intuitive. Please make adjustments based on what works best for your body, you may be able to combine days and shorten this schedule down to 4-5 days, or the process make take longer than 7 days. Most importantly, plan to train slowly and regularly:
- Day 1: Take time to relax physically and mentally before you begin training. Coat Wand 1 with a generous amount of water based lube and stimulate your other erogenous zones as you slowly insert Wand 1. Play with the wand until it can comfortably be inserted fully- this experience should be enjoyable and get you in the mood for further anal stimulation. Once your body has adjusted fully to Wand 1, remove it and insert Plug 1- it should slide in easily. Go about your day as usual. Leave Plug 1 in for as long as it is comfortable for up to 2 hours. If it starts to feel uncomfortable, you may need to remove the plug to give your body a break or you may simply need to add more lube. You could try masturbating with Plug 1 or Wand 1 inserted to see how it feels.
- Day 2: Play with Wand 1 until comfortable. Insert Plug 1 and go about your day as usual. Leave Plug 1 in for 30-45 minutes. You can now go straight to Wand 2, or you may want to reinsert Wand 1 for a few minutes (make sure you cleaned it after your first use) and then move on to Wand 2. Use the same strategy as before: lube, stimulation, etc. Once you can comfortably rest at the base of Wand 2 (this should take less than 15 minutes, it should feel good, never push further if you feel pain), insert Plug 2 and go about your day. Plan on leaving Plug 2 in for 1-3 hours. Take a break from anal training for a few hours. If you're feeling up to it, you could try having oral or vaginal sex with Plug 1 in. This will help your body associate more pleasure with anal stimulation.
- Day 3: Insert Wand 1 until comfortable, and then skip Plug 1 and go straight to Wand 2 until comfortable. Once Wand 2 is comfortable, you can insert Plug 2 and go about your day. Plan on wearing Plug 2 for 1-3 hours, taking breaks and adding lube as needed. Remove Plug 2 for a few hours and then repeat today's training a second time.
- Day 4: Using lube, insert Wand 1 until comfortable, remove Wand 1 and insert Wand 2 until comfortable. Remove Wand 2 and insert Plug 2, wear Plug 2 for 30-45 minutes. You can now go straight to Wand 3, or you may want to reinsert Wand 2 for a few minutes (make sure you cleaned it after your first use) and then move on to Wand 3. Use the same strategy as before: lube, stimulation, etc. Go slow and listen to your body. If Wand 3 isn't feeling comfortable today, go back to 2 and try 3 again tomorrow. Once you can comfortably rest at the base of Wand 3 (this should take less than 15 minutes, it should feel good, never push further if you feel pain), insert Plug 3 and go about your day. Have a little celebration for reaching your goal girth!! Plan on leaving Plug 3 in for 1-3 hours. If you feel up to it, you could try having oral or vaginal sex with Plug 2 in (expect vaginal sex to feel fairly tight with Plug 2 or larger in your anus).
- Days 5-7: By now you should be feeling more confident in your training technique and your ability to listen to your body. The goal for days 5-7 is to comfortably work back up to level 3 at least once per day. Spend these days repeating the steps from Day 4 to work up to Plug 3. Each day the training should feel easier and quicker. Once you're able to comfortably and consistently stretch to level 3 you are ready to attempt anal sex. You may want to give your body a break from plugs and wands for a few hours before having anal sex. Listen to your body, do what feels right, and be ok with little set backs.
If at any point in your training you feel the wand you are attempting is too big, stop immediately and go back to the size that feels comfortable. The point is to stretch slowly, efficiently, and comfortably. You should never push past what feels comfortable. Use water-based lube at every step in the training process.
